Setting up the tripod on June 20th, camera pointing the same direction, the sun will set on the right of this pic.
Seeing the sun sets between the towers on the horizon, using a wide angle lens and making it the left of the frame, it will be set right for June 20th.
This is the ground work for the composite video, put photos from Mt P through 2025.
I have been driving to town since 2010 and have taken hundreds of photos.
Not as froggy as I used to be, but thought I would try to create a 2025 almanac of sunsets/sunrise and Mt Pleasant related photos.
I won't be able to make it daily and lots of days it will be overcast. Here I thought, wonder if I could find some others that lived where the sun was visible. Guess I will use Google maps to scout around a bit.
